The Chief Scout's Message :- (a signed card) 4th August 1918 On the fourth Anniversary of the War I should like to say to Scouts of all ranks - Let us all take a new resolve, namely to do an extra bit this year in helping towards winning the war, and towards making this year the very last of the strife.
