On the fourth Anniversary of the War I should like to say to Scouts of all ranks - Let us all take a new resolve, namely to do an extra bit this year in helping towards winning the war, and towards making this year the very last of the strife. Don't let any of us see the end of it without having earned a badge to show later on that we did our bit in the Great War.
